MOVING CAMERAS

As well as providing high production values, beautiful images and a visual pace, moving a camera creates a 3 dimensional FEEL within a 2 dimensional screen.

This is how we do it.

It is well known that using a moving camera can engage the viewer more than a static one. It gives geography to the situation. There is some science to it. Its called temporal parallax. When a camera moves past an object the viewer understands that the object is now behind them, this creates a multi dimensional involvement with the image on the screen. It draws the viewer in. A gorgeous moving shot can also offer a break from the action to allow breathing space to reflect on the scene. These tecniques, often used in cinema are offered by us to the television industry using value for money options that increase production value and create beautiful images.

Cameras. We swing them, float them, fly them, it’s our thing. We love it all but our specialities are attaching a camera to either a Jimmy Jib camera crane, a gimbal, a Steadicam rig or a drone.
